During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in account suspension and cancellation of any outstanding balances or winnings.

3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules

All transactions on the 179 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via supported local payment methods including Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and FPX.

Deposits are processed instantly or within the timeframe stated for your chosen payment method. 179 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors. The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the platform at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals require full identity verification. 179 reserves the right to request verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Processing times are as stated on the platform. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same user's name.

Any attempt to commit transaction fraud or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities. 179 cooperates fully with financial and legal investigations whenever required.

5. Limitation of Liability, Accounts & Intellectual Property

179's liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited within the thirty (30) days prior to the claim being made, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Account Policy

179 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, abuse, breach of terms, or suspicious activity. Accounts inactive for more than twelve (12) months may be subject to an administrative fee or closure at 179's discretion.
